AHX12RVP 200mm Downhill Suspension Fork

The FASTACE AHX12RVP is a 200mm downhill suspension fork built for riders who need more support and control when trails get steeper, faster and more demanding. Designed for DH bike applications, it delivers a more composed front-end response through hard landings, repeated impacts and rough high-speed terrain.

Separate high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment, rebound control and preload adjustment allow riders or service workshops to refine fork response around terrain, riding style and overall bike setup. This gives the AHX12RVP the flexibility needed for long descents, changing trail conditions and repeated hard impacts.

Built around an inverted hydraulic fork design with forged AL6061-T6 lower legs, AL7075-T6 stanchions, a 20mm axle interface and compatibility with 203mm or 220mm brake rotors, the AHX12RVP is a serious downhill bike fork upgrade for riders who want adjustable suspension response without compromising control.

SETUP CHECK

  1. CONFIRM FITMENT FIRST

Confirm your bike model, axle standard, brake mount, rotor size and steering interface before installation.

  2. INSTALL WITH THE CORRECT HARDWARE

Use the correct axle, brake hardware and mounting parts for your bike. Tighten all fixing points to your bike manufacturer's specified torque.

  3. CHECK WHEEL & BRAKE ALIGNMENT

After installation, confirm that the wheel spins freely, the brake rotor is centred in the caliper and no parts rub or interfere.

  4. CYCLE THE FORK BEFORE RIDING

Slowly compress the fork through its travel and check tyre, brake hose, fender and frame clearance.

  5. ADJUST ONE CONTROL AT A TIME

Record the original adjuster positions before making changes. Adjust rebound, compression or preload in small steps and test the result before changing another setting.

  6. START WITH A SHORT TEST RIDE

Before aggressive riding, test braking, steering and suspension movement at low speed. Stop riding if you notice rubbing, leaks, loose hardware or unusual noise.

CARE & INSPECTION

  • Clean exposed suspension surfaces after dusty, wet or muddy rides. Use mild soap and water, then wipe dry with a clean, soft cloth.
  • Do not use high-pressure water or spray directly at seals, adjusters or mounting areas.
  • Avoid solvents, degreasers and oily products on suspension exterior surfaces unless specifically approved for the product. Keep lubricants away from brake rotors and brake pads.
  • Before riding, check for visible leaks, damaged seals, loose fasteners or mounting hardware, interference or unusual noise.
  • Stop riding and arrange an inspection if you notice leakage, abnormal noise, excessive play or an unexpected change in suspension function.
  • This is general care guidance. Service requirements may vary by product, bike model and riding conditions.
