Tech & Setup

Set Up Your FASTACE Suspension

Step-by-step install, sag, rebound and compression setup — plus spring selection by rider weight. Free tech support if you get stuck.

Install Walkthroughs

Each FASTACE product ships with model-specific install instructions. The walkthroughs below cover the most common platforms and tools required.

  • Sur-Ron Light Bee — fork swap (45 min, basic shop tools)
  • Sur-Ron Ultra Bee — fork + shock kit (90 min)
  • Talaria Sting — fork swap (40 min)
  • Talaria XXX — full kit install (2 hours)
  • E-Ride Pro SS — fork + shock kit (90 min)
  • KTM Freeride — fork swap (60 min)

Setting Sag

Static sag should be 25–30 mm at the fork and 30–40 mm at the rear shock with the rider in full gear. Use the preload collars (rear) and air spring (where applicable) to dial it in.

If sag is correct but the bike feels harsh, soften compression two clicks at a time. If sag is correct and the bike packs over consecutive hits, slow rebound by one click.

Spring Rate Selection

Pre-installed springs are sized to your order weight. To re-spring later — for a different rider, full enduro gear or aggressive racing — match the rider weight (with gear) to the chart on each product page.

  • 60–75 kg → soft spring
  • 75–90 kg → medium spring
  • 90–105 kg → firm spring
  • 105 kg+ → race spring (contact us for custom valving)
