What's Covered
FASTACE warrants every new fork, shock and complete kit against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the original date of purchase, when used under normal riding conditions and serviced as recommended.
- Internal damping cartridges and seals
- Fork upper and lower casting structural integrity
- Shock body, piggyback reservoir and shaft
- Adjuster mechanisms (compression, rebound, preload)
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, crash, racing-related impact, modification, neglect, improper installation, or use outside the published rider-weight range.
- Cosmetic wear, scratches and scuffs
- Worn service items: oil, seals after recommended service interval, bushings
- Damage from improper preload or spring rate outside published range
- Aftermarket valving or modification by unauthorised parties
How to Make a Claim
Contact your authorised dealer first — they handle most claims locally. If purchased direct from FASTACE or via a non-authorised channel, email support@fastace.bike with order number, photos and a brief description.
