  • Q01Will FASTACE fit my bike?

    We currently offer direct-fit forks and shocks for Sur-Ron Light Bee, Sur-Ron Ultra Bee, Talaria Sting, Talaria XXX, E-Ride Pro SS and KTM Freeride. Pick your platform on our /bikes page for a curated parts list.

  • Q02Do I need to specify my weight when ordering?

    Yes. Every fork and shock ships pre-tuned. We use rider weight + riding gear + terrain preference to set spring rate and damping. You'll be prompted at checkout.

  • Q03How long does pre-tuning add to lead time?

    Pre-tuning is built into our 3-business-day dispatch window. We don't add extra lead time for it.

  • Q04Can I re-spring later if my weight changes?

    Yes — replacement springs are available for every product. Use the spring rate chart on the product page or email us with your new weight and we'll recommend a rate.

  • Q05What's covered under warranty?

    Manufacturing defects for 24 months from purchase. See our warranty page for full terms.

  • Q06Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

  • Q07How do I become a dealer?

    Apply via our dealer page. We work with e-moto specialist shops, race teams and tuning workshops.
